On arrival there are some extra to pay: Final cleaning euro 150 to be paid upon arrival (the house is disinfected at the end of the stay). Bed and bath linen included (hygienic safety of linen guarantee). Please use water and electricity as a precious resource. Consumption beyond a normal use will be charged to guests. Switch off the fan or the lights when you leave the apartment. Clean your feet from sand outside before entering the house and especially before having a shower (or you will have problems in draining water). Please follow the recycling system, check the calendar to take out the rubbish. Toilets must not be used for the disposal of any material not even toilet paper.
